I love the chicken sandwich... With bacon, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes with fries. The food is always fresh and so are the veggies. The bacon is always cooked just right to a good crunch. Great place to go grab a bite to eat just make sure you call ahead and place your order. 😁

I took my guest there for his birthday. Wasn't impressed with buffer Fay. The place needs a makeover. The witness was wonderful. Food was fair. Bathroom rally need remordern.

Small hometown restaurant. Best cheeseburger in town!!! Plenty on southern sweet tea & fried chicken. Best sweet potato casserole all around.

Went for breakfast buffet. The eggs were all gone and we had to wait for more to be cooked. When they were brought to the buffet they were half cooked! Biscuits were almost burnt! Food was not good!

Hampton Restaurant is truly a hidden Gem within the South. The food is good ole Southern Cooking and the ambiance of the restaurant allows one to feel as if he/she at their home away from home. The Southern Po Boy is a must try. In addition, don't forget to try the Southern Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes.

Now, I remember why I stopped eating at the Hampton House Restaurant. The food has been cold. Only one waitress even noticed I had a problem and offered something else. The desert is extra small and they don't care. Ppl will eat there no matter what. I will try and remember so I don't come back.

I had to wait in line for at least 12mins befor someone waited on me but it was cool, because they did had what I wanted.

This place was wonderful! A small, locally owned restaurant that sure gets a lot of business. While eating our meal, there was a steady flow of people picking up phone orders, a sure sign of how great the food was. I opted for the buffet, and, my Lord, that was the best fried chicken and creamy mashed potatoes I've had in a LOOONG time. My husband, who got a philly cheese steak, which he said was delicious, told our waitress he immediately regretted not getting the chicken. We will definitely be back when we are nearby!

I don't care what anyone says, it's down home food at a very reasonable price and the customer service is exceptional.

This place I would not recommend that anyone eats there. We had the buffet and the food was just warm. There was no tasted to the food at all which lets me know that they are inexperience in cooking. All the vegetables were from a can with no flavor. I due time someone is guaranteed to get sick from eating the food. I give this place a 1 because it will not let me go lower than that.

I eat here all the time and the food is always amazing. The staff is excellent as well. Everyone is very friendly and make the customers feel welcome. They also have the best tea in town with huge To-Go cups!

Had many good meals there however friends quit going there complaining the place was not too clean any longer. Ate there recently at breakfast and the food neither smelled or tasted right. I complained to the waitress and she returned it to the kitchen returning shortly with the same food. I could not eat it. Paid and left. Got seriously ill before I could get home. Last visit there. Note that I had wore a MAGA hat the day before making me think I was given something in my food on purpose. Complaint made to Hampton County Sheriff’s Office.

Love this place. Food is delicious n I like coming here. Really comfortable place to go.

The smell was atrocious. There was no food. They had only sandwiches. There was 3 veggies on the buffet and no meats. The staff was friendly. We left before we ate. The booths were very tiny. Definitely would not try again.

Great food and service when the right waitresses are working

Whenever I am in the Hampton area I have to stop at the Hampton restaurant to grab a Poor boy. The salad bar is also great.

I like this though also it's the distal to go in its great try it sometime
